Anytime the Burn Ban is lifted for the preceient that the address is located in, you may burn but you must take into consideration the weather for the day. If there are reports of high wind gusts and extremely dry conditions, it would not be safe to burn.
First you need to either check the Kerr County Website or call the Burn Ban Hotline. After you get that information, you need to call the Kerr County Sherriff's Office and advise them that you will be burning at this address so that they are aware.
